Our Founders

Bringing a wealth of experience in operations and strategic management Guy’s career within the cycling industry has been spent streamlining processes and delivering complex projects, Ensuring that every client partnership runs as seamlessly as his own race day prep—from first conversation to final delivery. Outside the boardroom, he’s an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed 10 Ironman triathlons and proudly represented Great Britain at age-group level. Guy combines his professional expertise with his personal passion for sport to help deliver meaningful, high-impact cycling kit that engage teams and aligns with their values.

With over a decade of international experience in performance apparel, her career has included roles with major brands such as Umbro and creative direction at Presca Sportswear, where she steered product innovation and brand design. Lily has been recognised by The Independent, Drapers, and 220 Triathlon for her award winning work. Committed to ethical manufacturing, equality in sport, and designing kit that performs, inspires and does good, Lily leads The Long Run Club with the belief that well-designed gear can help teams ride further—both physically and morally.
